Easy to park and get out to the french quarter area. Felt safer than the unattended open space parking nearby.

Park in the mall's lot to receive a discount during your purchase, but this lot is very accessible. It foesn't allow u to be reimbursed for unused time

My car was safe there. We parked there while we spent the day in New Orleans. Was a lovely shaded garage, so our car stayed cool.

Best place to park if you're headed to Canal Place or the Audubon Aquarium. I recommend using Spot Hero to book in advance.

Easy-Pezy, when i attend a function at the Dome or Arena, i love parking close. It is great here because it is safe and affordable. There was a time when affordable was not the case, so nvery happy to see them compete for our business by having parking at the going rate on the street.

Seeing as you can step out of your car and onto canal street is worth the 4 bucks an hour to me. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and the lot had plenty of parking imo. A bit tricky to get into if you’re not used to driving around New Orleans. I’ll remember to get in the outside lane next time.

After my first Mardi Gras trip in 21 years in Nola, I'm perplexed at the false reviews people have left. I was expecting an attendant prior to parking and shooting my reservation. Nobody was there. I recalled seeing in an older picture the LEFT entrance was for the Westin guests (floors 5 and higher). It wouldn't have mattered because you go up a continuous twist of pavement for about 7 floors without the choice of exiting. We arrived later than expected and exited earlier than expected 3 nights later. PP told me I could file for a prorated reimbursement but I opted not to proceed. I didn't incur any issues with PP. It's pretty straightforward. You stay within the allotted time and if you go over by a few minutes you deserve to be charged more.
